Job Description

We are looking for a Process Operator for our manufacturing industry! Are you a responsible and practical person who enjoys a varied and physical job? We at Swedsnus are now looking for a process operator to join our team!

Your main task is to monitor, control, and ensure that the production processes work efficiently and according to specifications. As a process operator, you play a key role in ensuring that production runs smoothly, both from a technical and quality perspective.

Your tasks include, among others:

Monitoring and controlling production lines
Performing ongoing quality checks
Ensuring that production meets set goals
Troubleshooting and taking action in case of deviations in the process
Participating in ongoing maintenance of machines and equipment

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we prefer that you have:

Previous experience in the manufacturing industry
Technical understanding and the ability to read technical instructions
Good problem-solving skills
The ability to work independently and in a team
Physical endurance as the job involves some heavy lifting and mobility in production

It is an advantage if you have experience from food production.
